These are a few of my favorite sites, and I hope you will enjoy them too!

Planet SARK www.planetsark.com
The virtual home of one of my biggest heroes, Susan Ariel Rainbow Kennedy (best known as SARK).  SARK describes herself as “a beacon of hope in a chaotic world” and that she is! She has written 17 books and other inspirational materials (art prints, card decks, virtual coaching programs) and spreads inspiration wherever she goes!  She once said to me via a message board post, “I challenge you to be optimistic BEYOND reason!”

Sweatpants and Coffee www.sweatpantsandcoffee.com

Created and run by Nanea Hoffman, Sweatpants and Coffee aims to comfort, inspire, and uplift through its stories and posts. Nanea is a strong and passionate advocate for mental health and a firm believer in self-care, no matter what form that takes. She calls her brand “a bastion of comfort and sanity in an often uncomfortable world.”

To Write Love on Her Arms www.twloha.com

To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA for short) was founded by Jamie Tworkowski as a resource for those living with depression and other similar issues. Their mission is to “encourage, inform, inspire, and invest directly into treatment and recovery.” They also sell some pretty awesome merchandise of which 100% of the proceeds benefit the organization.

Jen Sincero www.jensincero.com
Jen is an author, motivational speaker, and all-around inspiration.  Her book You Are a Badass is a New York Times bestseller and its follow-up, You Are a Badass at Making Money, is equally as amazing and empowering.  I had the pleasure of meeting Jen at a lecture/signing for her second Badass book, and she radiates so much positivity not only through her writing, but in person as well!

Jeffrey Marsh
www.jeffreymarsh.com
When it comes to promoting individuality and self-love, Jeffrey Marsh immediately comes to mind.  They first made their mark on Vine with short but powerful videos and has since gained widespread acclaim as an activist, speaker, and author of How To Be You.  Jeffrey is one of my biggest role models as a non-binary person.

Chris Guillebeau www.chrisguillebeau.com Chris is an author, speaker, and entrepreneurial mastermind. He has written 5 incredible books: The $100 Startup, The Art of Non-Conformity, The Happiness of Pursuit, Born for This, and most recently, Side Hustle. His biggest personal accomplishment is having traveled to 193 countries. In addition, Chris is the creator and leader of the World Domination Summit. I had the pleasure of meeting him a few years ago at one of his lectures and he is so inspiring!

Puttylike www.puttylike.com Puttylike is a resource founded by Emilie Wapnick that serves people who share one of many things she and I have in common–we are both multipotentialites! What’s a multipotentialite, you ask? According to Emilie, it’s “someone with many creative interests and pursuits.” I’ve known this about myself for YEARS, but only after discovering Emilie was I able to sum up this portion of my identity/personality this way! Among a host of other things, Emilie is a coach, author of How to Be Everything, and leader of the Puttytribe, an online community for multipotentialites.

Passion Squared www.passionsquared.net Passion Squared is run by “chief awesomeness empowerer” Nina Kovner. I was first introduced to Nina while I was working in the cosmetology industry as that was where she originally began and is still a potent contributor on the business end instead of behind the chair. She now focuses on helping others “discover and live their purpose with passion and empower their businesses.” I attended one of Nina’s seminars at a hair show a few years ago and her dedication and desire to promote awesomeness is made incredibly clear! Even if you’re not a cosmetologist or other service provider, you can still benefit greatly from Nina’s wisdom, encouragement and inspiration!

Johnny Cupcakes www.johnnycupcakes.com
A t-shirt designer first and foremost and my biggest entrepreneurial role model.  Johnny began his empire on merely a joke made by his co-workers and aside from consistently producing eye-catching merchandise, he travels around the country lecturing about unconventional entrepreneurship and hosting fan appreciation events.  Johnny’s story inspires me to believe in the impossible and to keep creating!

Listography www.listography.com

Anyone who knows me knows I pretty much thrive on making lists! Ever since Lisa Nola released her first book, Listography: Your Life in Lists, she has gone on to create an entire Listography series and even a corresponding game! On this website, you can create your own lists and share them with others.
